We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new enterprise platform supporting customer relationship management and family engagement across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
This role will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the external development vendor, ensuring successful delivery of the project from planning through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
The successful candidate will have strong project management capabilities, experience managing software vendors, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise system implementations.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the appointed software vendor.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate project governance, steering committee, and progress review meetings.
Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and escalation processes.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and project outcomes.
Develop and manage UAT plans, schedules, and testing activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define test scenarios, success criteria, and acceptance requirements.
Coordinate testing resources and support defect management and resolution.
Ensure testing coverage reflects local operational requirements across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
Drive completion of testing activities and formal sign-off processes.
Lead deployment planning, data migration validation, and operational readiness activities.
Coordinate go-live preparation, including training, communications, contingency planning, and support arrangements.
Facilitate go/no-go readiness assessments with project stakeholders.
Manage post-implementation support and stabilization activities.
Work closely with business, IT, operations, legal, and other functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate resource requirements and ensure timely stakeholder engagement.
Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and governance requirements.
Track project budgets, contractual milestones, and key deliverables.
Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to project sponsors and senior management.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of project management experience, including experience delivering enterprise software, digital transformation, CRM, or SaaS implementation projects.
Experience working with external software vendors and managing project delivery outcomes.
Hands-on experience coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect management, and business sign-off activities.
Experience supporting system deployment, cutover planning, implementation, or go-live activities.
Experience managing project risks, change requests, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Experience working across multiple locations, business units, or countries will be advantageous.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management certifications will be advantageous.
Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong written and spoken English is required for stakeholder communication and project documentation.
Ability to communicate in Vietnamese would be an advantage, as the role may involve collaboration with stakeholders and vendors based in Vietnam.
