Job summary

A leading aerospace service provider in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to support its MRO operations. This role involves performing sample preparation, material inspections, and maintaining laboratory inventory. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a QA environment, be proficient in using measuring tools like Calipers and Micrometers, and possess a diploma in relevant engineering fields. Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in English are essential.

Qualifications

Core Responsibilities

• Perform metallurgical laboratory sample preparation, sample evaluation and generate evaluation report.
• Perform incoming inspection of direct/indirect material.
• Maintaining lab consumables/spare parts inventory.
• Assist in calibration and archiving of records.
• Assist Quality Engineer and carry out other QA functions as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in MRO QA environment.
• Proficient in the use of measuring tools such as Caliper and Micrometer.
• Basic understanding of interpreting GD&T drawing.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Able to multitask to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• CCL certificate will be an added advantage.

Education Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Precision Engineering / Aerospace Machining / Mechanical or equivalent
