Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a QA Technician to uphold quality standards across our Kallang-based manufacturing site.

You will monitor production quality, support QMS maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer specifications are met. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in QA/QC or process engineering, with exposure to manufacturing or electronics environments and familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, QC or process engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, polymer, electronics environments is an advantage.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and basic quality assurance practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work well with internal teams to support quality and process improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 compliance.
• Support routine audits for the QMS.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and manufacturing issues.
• Inspect production lines and review documents to ensure work meets customer specifications.
• Monitor die-cutting and sheet-to-sheet production quality.
• Support quality control for custom converting and fabricating processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am - 5.30pm

Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Support routine audits for the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and manufacturing issues.
• Inspect production lines and review documents to ensure work meets customer specifications.
