Job summary

SP Manufacturing is a Singapore-based Electronics Contract Manufacturing Services Company (EMS). The role focuses on QC inspection across incoming, in-process, and outgoing stages within a electronics/manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have 2 years of relevant Quality experience, be able to interpret mechanical drawings, and be proficient with inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and Smartscope, with ERP data entry and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant Quality experience in electronics/manufacturing.
• Experience in raw material inspection, dimensional verification, in-process audit and outgoing inspection.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and use calipers, micrometers, smartscope to inspect parts and record data in ERP.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 PCBA Acceptability standards and IPC-A-620 Wire Harness Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC inspection across incoming, in-process and outgoing stages.
• Assist QA Lead on raw material decapsulation sample preparation and shipment packaging.
• Compile daily & weekly QC reports.
• Prepare & issuance of Certificate of Conformance (CoC) for outgoing products.
• Support overtime when required.

About the role

Quality Control Inspector role in electronics/manufacturing environment performing QC inspection across incoming, in-process and outgoing stages.

• Perform QC inspection (incoming, in-process and outgoing)
• Assist QA Lead on raw material decapsulation sample preparation and shipment packaging
• Compilation of daily & weekly QC reports
• Prepare & issuance of Certificate of Conformance (CoC) for outgoing products
• Support overtime when required

About you
