Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a QA/SPC engineer to lead SPC implementation and QA controls in a semiconductor setting. You will drive process control, data reporting, and collaboration across departments to uphold quality standards.

The role includes MRB participation, customer and internal audits, and ongoing QA improvements to ensure CofC reporting meets customer specs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Physics or Chemistry preferred).
• 3–4 years' experience implementing SPC and QA controls in semiconductor environments.
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits.
• Proficient with PC/MS Office and SQL.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Physics or Chemistry background.
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
• Strong in statistical techniques and use of statistical tools.
• Knowledge in use of quality tools – FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with audit experience.
• Proficient in using PC / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / SQL.
