Job summary

Amber Compounding Pharmacy PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented QA/QC Pharmacist to uphold quality systems for compounded pharmaceuticals, health supplements and cosmetics.

You will review batch records, perform quality checks, and ensure GMP standards across materials and products, coordinating CAPAs with production and regulatory teams. Willingness to travel to Malaysia for QC/QA support is required, with emphasis on documentation and regulatory compliance in a hands-on manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy from a recognised university.
• Registered Pharmacist or eligible for pharmacist registration in Singapore.
• 3–5 years in QA/QC, pharma manufacturing or healthcare manufacturing.
• Willing to travel to Malaysia to support QC/QA in labs.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and robust documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in hands-on manufacturing and compounding environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve batch records, production docs, and quality records.
• Perform or oversee in-process and finished-product quality checks.
• Ensure materials and finished products meet specs.
• Review COAs and supplier documentation.
• Maintain and improve SOPs and quality documentation.
• Manage deviations, non-conformances, OOS results, and quality incidents.
• Coordinate CAPA and monitor effectiveness.
• Handle product complaints and assist investigations.
• Support recalls and mock recalls as required.
• Monitor environmental, hygiene, and production controls.
