Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a quality-focused QA professional in Singapore to support GMP-compliant manufacturing operations. You will review manufacturing and quality documentation, perform inspections in production areas including cleanrooms, and manage batch records and samples.

This role emphasizes documentation control, CAPA support, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to GMP and QMS standards.

Qualifications

• Min NITEC or Diploma in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Prior QA/QC or manufacturing operations experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, GxP documentation and quality management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify manufacturing and quality documentation to ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and routine walkdowns in production areas, including cleanrooms.
• Manage quality documents, records and samples, ensuring proper documentation, filing and retention.
• Support manufacturing operations through batch record preparation, label printing and documentation management.
• Assist in investigating quality issues, deviations and customer complaints, and support CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality management systems and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
