Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil or M&E) or Sustainable Urban Design and Engineering.
• Certified CONQUAS Manager and Green Mark Manager.
• Minimum 8 years of construction industry experience.
• Proficient knowledge of BCA Conquas, Quality Mark, Green & Gracious Builder requirements, and Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain IMS to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead quality audits and training to staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project teams to set quality objectives and monitor Conquas compliance.
• Analyze defects and drive corrective actions during Defect Liability Period.
• Report quality progress to Top Management.
