Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to ensure product quality in a manufacturing setup. You will lead a small team for incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections, coordinate with production on quality issues, and liaise with vendors and customers on complaints.

You will drive non-conformance analysis and close out corrective actions while maintaining the QMS documentation. The role requires 4–5 years in QA/QC, a Diploma in Engineering, the ability to read engineering

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in QA/QC in manufacturing
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of QA techniques, procedures, and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process and outgoing products per customer requirements
• Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors
• Coordinate with production on quality issues and drive corrective/preventive actions
• Liaise with vendors and customers on complaints/feedback related to quality
• Maintain and manage the QMS documentation system
• Participate in internal and external quality audits
