Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA Engineer to develop and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans at our Woodlands Walk site in Singapore.

The role requires 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. You will inspect products, investigate defects, and support CAPA and audits to uphold the QMS.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, standards and inspection plans.
• Inspect and verify products to ensure they meet drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify, record and investigate quality defects and non-conformities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
• Monitor production quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with customer complaints, corrective actions and quality investigations.
• Support ISO audits and ensure compliance with the QMS.
• Provide guidance to quality staff on quality requirements and inspection methods.
