Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, Renewable Energy or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and organize information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn about quality management in renewables.
• Interest in digitalization, process improvement, automation or AI-based solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support QAQC processes across utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Assist in maintaining project quality documentation, records, and reports.
• Prepare and administer quality documents like NCRs, QAPs, and ITPs.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of the Document Management System.
• Support internal quality audits and compliance reviews.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance QAQC workflows and digital processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to support quality-related activities and documentation.
