Job summary

FOUR LEAVES PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/QC professional in Singapore to uphold food safety and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced production environment.

You will conduct hygiene inspections, perform quality checks, and maintain records while collaborating with production teams to drive continuous quality improvements. The role requires Singaporean eligibility and at least 1 year in QA/QC in food settings.

Qualifications

• Singaporeans only.
• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Food Science & Technology or related field.
• At least 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, food processing or central kitchen.
• Knowledge of SFA regulations and required documentation.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily hygiene inspections to maintain strict food safety standards.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process items and finished products.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning, sanitation, pest control and production records.
• Ensure that microbiological testing and laboratory analyses comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in handling customers' feedback and product rejections, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
• Support preparation for SFA inspections, internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job description

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm
• Saturday: 8am-12pm (Required to work every Sat during probation; alternate Sat after confirmation)
