Job summary

APEX PHARMA MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/QC professional to maintain the QMS, review materials, and release finished goods. The role emphasizes compliance with GMP, GDP, and QMS, with a strong focus on documentation and audit readiness.

Candidates with 1–2 years in pharmaceutical QA/QC or regulated industries, good English, and the ability to work under pressure are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with relevant quality experience will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Life Science, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC or regulated industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant quality experience and learning ability will be considered.
• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Experience in QA audits (ISO 9001) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOP management, document control, record maintenance, and training records.
• Perform QA review and approval activities for incoming materials, batch records, repacking/redressing operations, and finished goods release.
• Support operational QA activities, including export distribution, cold chain monitoring, temperature logger management, and returned goods evaluation.
• Manage quality events such as deviations, change controls, CAPA, and product complaints in accordance with company procedures.
• Support supplier monitoring, validation activities, internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Perform routine QA documentation, reporting, and administrative activities as assigned by the QA Manager.
• Provide backup support for quality control activities when required.
