Job summary

FSK Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead the quality department at our Woodlands site.

You will maintain and improve the QMS, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product quality. The role requires at least 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing or precision engineering, strong knowledge of ISO 9001, data analysis skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management in manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to review data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing QC teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiar with multipoint cutter, miller, grinding wheel and EDM machines

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Department and maintain a robust quality management system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure product and process quality.
• Oversee and enforce 5S and other workplace quality standards.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
• Train, supervise, and motivate QA/QC personnel.
• Ensure consistent application of quality standards and effective inspection and packing processes.
