Job summary

Harmony Pharma Lab Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a QA Manager to uphold product quality, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing integrity across multiple dosage forms in the Ubi Area.

You will lead analytical testing, manage documentation, and ensure PIC/S GMP and HALAL standards are met, coordinating with QA, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to drive quality excellence. The role requires precision, accountability, and proactive audits, COAs, batch records, and SOP management to ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences required.
• 3+ years of QA experience in GMP-certified pharma, supplements, or CPM.
• Familiarity with HALAL certification requirements and segregation protocols.
• Knowledge to apply for Certificate of Origin (Computation of Manufacturing Cost Statement).
• Familiar with Product Packaging and regulatory product classification via HSA.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external audits, including HALAL certification renewals and regulatory inspections.
• Quality Assurance Operations.
• Conduct sampling, testing, and release of raw materials, packaging components, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and ensure calibration and validation are up to date.
• Review and approve COAs, batch records, and QC reports.
• Regulatory Compliance: PIC/S GMP, HALAL, and ASEAN standards.
• Maintain traceability and segregation protocols for HALAL-certified lines.
• Documentation & SOP Management: draft, revise, and implement QC methods and validation protocols.
• Manage controlled documents and align with regulatory changes.
• Support data integrity initiatives and electronic documentation systems.
• Participate in product development and scale-up for QC readiness.
• Monitor trends in product quality and propose preventive actions.
