Job summary

Sunningdale Tech Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections and production testing across multiple points to ensure parts meet customer specifications.

You will prepare quality reports, report non-conformities to QA, and help manage day-to-day inspector activities while maintaining safety policies and following EHS guidelines. Prior experience in plastics and basic manufacturing is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'N' Level qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing.
• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding environment will be advantageous.
• Knowledge in basic Manufacturing process.
• Use of CMM, Smart-scope and hand tool such as Vernier caliper or micrometer.
• Ability to communicate in simple English.

• Prepare quality reports




• Report non-compliance parts to QA Engineer




• Identify and isolate any defective products..




• Perform inspection with respect to delivery schedule.




• Assist QA Engineer/Supervisor in managing Inspector’s day-to-day activities




• Identify and isolate any defective products.




• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives




• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements
