Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a quality inspector to perform first article, in-process and final inspections per Job Instructions Sheet plans, and to carry out First Article Inspections (FAI).

You will use a variety of gages and a CMM, maintain 5S at your workstation, document inspection results, and initiate Quality Notifications for non-conformances. This role requires at least 2 years in QA in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or higher.
• Min 2 years of experience in quality control with experience in CMM.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, in-process and final inspection per the Job Instructions Sheet plans.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Perform dimensional inspection using inspection gauges & equipment.
• Initiate Quality Notification (QN) for non-conformance when products do not meet Quality and Engineering requirements.
• Proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipment.
• Proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork.
• Maintain and improve 5S standards on workstations and responsible areas.
