Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. in Tuas, Singapore, invites applications for a QA Executive (ID4384) based in Tuas. You will ensure quality management, conduct internal audits, and drive GMP and food safety initiatives to meet EU, FDA, HACCP, FSSC and customer requirements.

The role requires a degree in QA, Food Science, Engineering or equivalent and 2–3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing. Local salary ranges from SGD 3,300 to SGD 3,800 per month, with training and career development

Qualifications

Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years in a QA role, preferably in food manufacturing.
Knowledge of QMS and FSSC22000 management system implementation.

Responsibilities

Investigate non-conformities and review corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure QMS and Food Safety Management System are implemented and maintained.
Conduct internal quality audits and management reviews.
Organize GMP and Food Safety training for factory staff.
Establish/review SOPs and work instructions for food quality and safety to meet EU, FDA, HACCP, FSSC and customer requirements.
Investigate customer complaints and coordinate timely corrective actions.
Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
