Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a quality engineer to manage ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 22301 BCMS, and project QA plans. You will drive continuous improvement, perform product inspections, and conduct risk assessments across all production stages to ensure manufacturing compliance.

The role requires hands-on QMS experience in metalworking or automotive engineering, plus strong problem-solving skills to handle non-conformities and CAPA. On-site work is expected with supplier and customer coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on QMS experience in metalworking or automotive engineering.
• Experience with product inspection, wiring, acceptance testing, and customer/supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of QMS implementation, maintenance, and mechanical fabrication requirements.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues on-site.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Quality and manage ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 22301 BCMS, and project Quality Assurance Plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen quality awareness across the organization.
• Conduct product inspections, acceptance testing, and risk assessments at all production stages.
• Develop inspection methods and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and conduct internal, supplier, customer, and certification audits.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and operations teams to ensure quality and manufacturing compliance.
• Monitor quality KPIs and provide reports for data-driven decisions.
• Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and drive timely resolution.
