Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Engineer to lead a team of QC inspectors and perform comprehensive quality inspections in a Singapore manufacturing environment. The role requires reading engineering drawings and coordinating quality activities with production, vendors, and customers.

You will drive non-conformance analyses, implement corrective/preventive actions, and maintain QMS documentation, contributing to audits and continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or other regulatory requirements is advantageous.

About the role

The QA Engineer is responsible for product quality inspection as per customer requirements, leading and supervising a team of QC inspectors to perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection activities. This role involves coordinating with production on quality-related issues, liaising with vendors and customers on complaints and feedback, managing non-conformance analysis and corrective/preventive action plans, maintaining QMS documentation systems, and participating in internal and external quality audits.
