Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on software testing experience to join our team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will combine strong manual and functional testing with test automation and an interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and product quality. The role involves collaborating with developers, business analysts and product owners, developing automated tests, and contributing to QA process improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years as QA Engineer or similar

Responsibilities

Analyse requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to identify testing scope and risks
Prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test data and test reports
Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity and performance testing
Identify, document, track and retest defects through resolution
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using PyTest, Selenium, Playwright, Appium or similar tools
Support UAT planning and execution, including working directly with business users
Work closely with developers, Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve issues and improve product quality
Leverage AI tools to assist with test case creation, automation scripting, defect analysis, test data generation and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage
