Job summary

WEJOY PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Engineer to own end-to-end quality assurance for consumer-facing products, defining test strategies, plans, and standards. You will lead API, UI automation, and performance testing, and drive CI/CD improvements across the team.

You will also embed AI into testing workflows, including test case generation, script writing, and defect analysis, while exploring LLM/Agent-based testing to boost efficiency and coverage.

Qualifications

• 3 years of testing experience, including at least 1 year on consumer-facing projects; able to independently own project testing, covering test strategy, test case design, risk analysis, and quality assessment, with experience in process building and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality assurance for consumer-facing products, including defining test strategies, test plans, and quality standards.
• Drive API, UI automation, and performance testing initiatives, integrating CI/CD to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Embed AI into the full testing lifecycle — test case generation, script writing, defect analysis, and code review — and explore LLM/Agent-based intelligent testing, promoting its adoption across the team.
