Job summary

JEP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support QA documentation, FA reporting, and SOP maintenance within a manufacturing setting in Singapore. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant documentation and readiness for customer audits.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher in engineering or QA fields, with 1–3 years in QA/QC, and is proficient in MS Office. Fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of QA docs: FA reports, SOPs, customer audits.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and bubble drawings is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.

• Assist QA Engineer in preparing documentation for customer audits.
• Prepare First Article (FA) reports for New Projects.
• Prepare bubble drawings for New Projects.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and QA records.
• Ensure QA documentation is accurate and up to date per procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by QA Engineer, HOD, or Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct LSQD data testing and prepare summary reports for both New Projects and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).

• Assist the QA Engineer in preparing documentation for customer audits.

• Prepare First Article (FA) reports for New Projects.

• Prepare bubble drawings for New Projects.

• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, including SI, OQA reports, POR audit documentation, and other QA records.

• Ensure all QA documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company procedures.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the QA Engineer, Head of Department (HOD), or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of QA documentation, including First Article (FA) reports, SOPs, and customer audit documentation.

• Familiarity with engineering drawings and bubble drawings is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
