Job summary

OMS OILFIELD SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to implement and enforce the QA programme on assigned projects and operations in Singapore. You will supervise QA activities, ensure proper documentation, and drive compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

The role requires strong API Q1, API 6A, ISO 9001 knowledge and CAPA processes, paired with solid communication and teamwork skills for independent or collaborative work.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, or precision engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of API Q1 and API 6A is essential.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, internal audits, CAPA, and quality documentation.

Job description

Responsible for the daily implementation and enforcement of the Company's Quality Assurance (QA) programme and quality functions for assigned projects and operations. This includes supervising quality activities, ensuring proper documentation, and enforcing compliance with Company requirements, customer specifications, applicable quality management systems, industry standards, legal and regulatory requirements, specifications, directives, policies, and guidelines to achieve the Company's quality objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in the oil & gas, manufacturing, or precision engineering industry.
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with API Q1 Quality Management System and API 6A requirements is essential.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, internal audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality documentation.
• Good understanding of customer specifications, manufacturing processes, inspection requirements, and quality records.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
