Job summary

AVI-TECH ELECTRONICS PTE LTD. in Singapore seeks a QA leader for Board Manufacturing and System Integration. You will oversee the QA function, coordinate customer complaints, and drive corrective actions with vendors to achieve zero defects.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IPC standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the QA function in Board Manufacturing/ System Integration.
• Coordinate customer complaints and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Work with vendors to ensure zero defects for delivered parts.
• Conduct yearly audits for specified vendors.
• Collaborate with Production to improve outgoing quality.
• Improve QA processes and inspector productivity.
• Generate monthly quality result reports.
• Promote awareness of regulatory, customer and other requirements.

Job description

Oversee the QA function in Board Manufacturing/ System Integration :-

• To co-ordinate customer complaint and to provide recommendation for corrective action.
• Work with vendor to ensure zero defects for part delivered
• Conduct yearly audits for specific vendors
• Work with Production to improve outgoing quality.
• To improve work processes and inspector’s productivity.
• To generate monthly Quality result report.
• Promote awareness of regulatory, customer and other requirements.

Technical Requirements :-

• As an SPC champion and is responsible for SPC requirement.
• To give technical support on ESD requirement.
• To lead a team on quality improvement project.
• Minimum discrepancies during audit.
• To provide technical training such as SPC, Work processes.
• To have knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IPC Standard.

Document Control :-

• In charge in the company Website document control.
• To ensure the document for QA department is properly file.

Responsible for handling all other QA related matter as and when directed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related studies.

Min. 3 years of working experience in similar industry.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
