Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd seeks a QA engineer to manage quality assurance for printed wiring boards and act as the main liaison for customer service accounts. You will promote continuous improvement, address quality concerns, and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory procedures.

You will oversee testing and inspection protocols, maintain IPC compliance, and prepare quality records and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as QA engineer.
• Knowledge in PWB manufacturing process flow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for consumer complaints and questions about quality.

• Maintain quality records in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Create and deliver reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Lead audits and support NPI with QA input.

• In charge of promoting continuous improvement, addressing customer concerns about quality, and maintaining adherence to internal and regulatory quality procedures to promote customer satisfaction and product dependability.

• Serve as the main point of contact for consumer complaints and questions about quality.

• Organize customer issue resolution through root cause analysis and remedial measures.

• Ensure that testing and inspection protocols are adhered to.

• Keep an eye on product compliance with IPC and customer-specific requirements.

• Maintain quality records in compliance with internal QMS procedures and ISO 9001.

• Create and deliver high-quality reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Determine persistent quality problems and spearhead efforts to address production concerns.

• Encourage the application of problem-solving techniques.

• Take part in both internal and external audits.

• Assure customer and regulatory inspection preparedness.

• Give production teams direction on quality standards and practices.

• Help with the onboarding of new employees by providing QA-related training.

• Provide quality feedback and validation to support the introduction of new products (NPI).

Requirements
