Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore offers an internship to contribute to powering a healthier Singapore. The Internship@Synapxe program combines curiosity with impact, providing practical experience to hone skills and participate in meaningful health tech work.

The selected interns will assist in QA tracking, reporting, and dashboard design for a modern Clinic Management System, using Agile practices and Azure DevOps to improve visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in listed fields with a focus on data, systems, or software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; able to work in a team.
• Proficient in programming and integration technologies as stated.

Responsibilities

• Support current Agile delivery and QA/testing processes within the project team.
• Review PBIs, testing progress, and defects tracked using Azure DevOps and Excel.
• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in tracking and reporting.
• Propose and support design of enhanced QA tracking and reporting solutions.
• Assist in developing prototype dashboards, workflow improvements, or automated reporting.
• Document findings and recommendations to support process improvement.
