Job summary

Synapxe invites a driven undergrad to join the Internship program in Singapore, contributing to HealthX Sandbox UX and onboarding workflows. You will analyze user journeys, identify usability gaps, and propose practical improvements to make the platform more intuitive and user-centric.

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, support data cleaning and testing, and prepare visuals for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business AI Systems, Information Systems, CS, or related fields.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with Excel.
• Familiarity with process mapping and translating requirements into specs.
• Strong attention to detail and governance awareness.
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated and proactive in finding solutions.
• Able to multitask within multidisciplinary teams.
• Keen to re-imagine HealthTech impact.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end user journeys and admin processes to identify UX gaps.
• Analyse onboarding experience and propose navigation/workflow improvements.
• Explore opportunities to automate tracking and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and test cases.
• Support data cleaning, validation, testing, and UAT activities.
• Prepare presentations and visual summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in project coordination and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and timely delivery.
• Document project processes and ensure artefacts are maintained.
