Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Talented Quality Engineer to drive automation testing for Saas-based applications including Salesforce in an agile setup within MSF’s CaseCentral project. You will design and implement automated testing strategies, develop frameworks, and ensure security and performance readiness in a government enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS-based (e.g. Salesforce) application testing.
• Proven experience in test automation development and execution with SaaS, enterprise or government solutions.
• Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Katalon, Selenium, JUnit).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD) and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for SaaS applications (e.g. Salesforce).
• Create and execute automated test scripts and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize test coverage.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed defect reports.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Participate in test planning and security testing (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments).
