Job summary

You will design scalable frameworks, promote best practices, and drive faster release cycles through integrated CI/CD pipelines. Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS or related field and 5+ years in QA with a strong automation focus, plus hands-on experience with TestComplete, Playwright/Selenium, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software QA with emphasis on automation testing.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes, including performance and security testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the automation roadmap aligned with product and engineering goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for desktop and web apps.
• Implement best practices for automation testing ensuring reusability and maintainability.
• Review and enhance existing automated test suites to improve reliability and coverage.
• Execute and analyse automated tests, provide reports and defect tracking.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing processes.
• Mentor QA team members and improve overall testing practices.
