Job summary

Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced QAQC supervisor to oversee QAQC personnel, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, update manuals, procedures and forms, and review process flows for new products.

You will lead internal audits, manage certification renewals (FSSC, Halal), oversee export health certificates and label approvals, and monitor budgets and KPIs to support quality assurance across the supply chain.

Job description

• Supervise function of QAQC personnel & department
• Update of manual & procedure & forms and other necessary controlled docs.
• Update of process flow diagram against actual flow & new products and etc
• License-one system QA related certification renewal
• Healthier Choice Renewal and maintenance
• Vegan cert renewal
• Conduct bimonthly GMP internal audit and lead findings closure
• NC Goods on-hold/ reject decision
• Internal audit & management review
• Main Guide for certification audit e.g. FSSC & authority audit
• Operation meeting - QAQC scope presenter
• Monthly QAQC staff timesheet check
• Budget monitoring
• KPI monitoring
• Application of export Health Certificates
• Label review and approval
• Export Registration and technical check for export countries
• Halal handling and renewal matters
