Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a QA professional to prepare COAs for outgoing products, coordinate inspections, and maintain ISO-related documentation.

You will review data, update SPC charts, and ensure compliance with approved procedures and workflows. You will train QA Technicians, liaise with other departments to resolve daily issues, participate in FMEA activities, and assist with customer inquiries and audit preparations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for outgoing products.
• Coordinate incoming material and outgoing product inspections.
• Process, maintain, and control ISO-related and departmental documentation.
• Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of test data, update SPC charts, and monitor quality results.
• Review and verify test data, SPC chart updates, and COA documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to QA Technicians.
• Liaise with relevant departments to address daily operational issues and timely resolution.
• Participate in risk assessments and FMEA activities to identify quality risks and preventive measures.
• Assist QA Engineer in responding to customer inquiries and investigations of complaints.
• Support external provider management, audit preparation, and QA initiatives.

Job description

• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for outgoing products and ensure all related activities are completed in accordance with approved procedures and workflows.
• Coordinate incoming material and outgoing product inspections in accordance with established quality procedures.
• Process, maintain, and control ISO-related and departmental documentation under the QA Section.
• Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of test data, update Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, and monitor incoming quality results.
• Review and verify test data, SPC chart updates, and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance with established requirements.
• Provide practical on-the-job training and guidance to QA Technicians to ensure consistent application of inspection and testing procedures.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments to address daily operational issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Participate in departmental risk assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities to identify potential quality risks and support preventive measures.
• Assist the QA Engineer in responding to customer inquiries and investigating customer complaints.
• Support external provider management, audit preparation, audit activities, and other quality assurance initiatives.
