Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced Python Developer to join a technology team within a leading financial services organisation in Singapore.

You will develop enterprise-grade applications, build web interfaces with ReactJS, and integrate REST APIs and WebSockets while collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Python developer / software engineer.

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, reliability and maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Python Developer / Software Engineer.
• Deep knowledge of Python, NumPy and Pandas.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Good hands-on experience with ReactJS / web frontend development.
• Proven experience working on complex, enterprise-grade systems - this is essential.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Financial Services / Banking experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Global Markets, particularly front-office trading and/or risk systems, would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
