Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to sustain line operations, perform set-up, conversions and equipment repair to support production loading.

The role emphasizes SPC and DOE proficiency, collaboration with engineers and vendors, and proactive identification of yield and cost improvements, with focus on metallization and Thin Film (EWLB/WLB) processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on wafer-level packaging processes such as EWLB.
• Proficiency in SPC and DOE.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and able to lead a team.

• Communicate with Associate Engineers / Technical Specialist and external vendors to resolve problems.

• In-charge of metallization equipment and process knowledge is preferred.
• All aspect of Thin Film (EWLB and WLB)

Summary

To ensure equipment performance by maintaining and problem solving(troubleshooting). To improve equipment reliability to identify and resolve equipment issues,implement preventive maintenance and upgrades. Able to collaborate with production team to ensure meets production requirements
