Job summary

Elogio Asia Pacific is seeking a responsible Purchasing Executive to support day-to-day purchasing activities, source reliable suppliers, and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services in Singapore. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to review, approve, order, and track purchases while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with experience in supplier evaluation, price comparison, and purchase order

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or Logistics.
• 2–3 years of relevant purchasing, procurement or vendor coordination experience.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier negotiation, PO processing and delivery coordination is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process purchase requisitions from internal departments.
• Source, evaluate, and compare suppliers on price, quality, availability and lead times.
• Request quotations, negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders according to procedures and approvals.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, logistics and internal users on orders and status.
• Check delivery orders, invoices and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain supplier records, price lists, contracts and quotes.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder requirements where applicable.
• Assist with cost control initiatives and process improvements.
