Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in procurement analytics or related field.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel with data modelling, Power Query and Pivot Tables.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Dynamic 365 or similar BI tools.
• Solid procurement knowledge and cost analysis methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.
• Organised and able to manage recurring reporting cycles.

• Transform complex data into actionable business insights to support purchasing performance and sourcing decisions.
• Analyse purchasing and supplier data to identify savings opportunities and spending trends.
• Develop and maintain procurement performance dashboards and management reporting.
• Assist with supplier performance tracking through scorecards and KPI monitoring.
• Conduct cost modelling, pricing analysis and total cost of ownership assessments.

Job Description

• Reporting to the regional procurement team, you will play a key role in assisting in purchasing performance, supplier management, and strategic sourcing decisions by transforming complex data into actionable business insights.
• Analyse purchasing and supplier data to identify savings opportunities, spending trends and sourcing efficiencies
• Develop and maintain procurement performance dashboards and management reporting
• Assist with supplier performance tracking through scorecards, KPI monitoring and data analysis
• Conduct cost modelling, pricing analysis and total cost of ownership assessmentsMonitor market factors including raw material pricing, tariffs and cost movements that may impact purchasing strategies
• Contribute to procurement process improvement and standardisation initiatives across multiple markets
• Partner with regional stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, data governance and decision-making effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

• Has 3 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply chain analysis, business intelligence or a related field.
• Has a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience handling large and complex datasets
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data modelling, Power Query and pivot tables
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Dynamic 365 or similar business intelligence and visualisation tools
• Strong knowledge of procurement practices, supplier management and cost analysis methodologies
• Strong business acumens and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing recurring reporting cycles
