Job summary

Speech Academy Asia – Novena Branch seeks freelance trainers for weekly Sunday sessions in central Singapore. You will deliver focused group training with a structured curriculum, focusing on confidence and communication in children and teens. Training and onboarding support are provided.

No prior teaching experience is required; training will be provided. Flexible Saturdays are also available for freelancers, making it suitable for professionals with other commitments.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and clear communication.
• Experience in coaching youth or students is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and managing classroom dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly Sunday sessions for youth learners.
• Deliver structured lesson plans and adapt to different learning needs.
• Provide feedback on student progress and maintain a positive classroom environment.
