Job summary

Speech Works PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking Preschool / Public Speaking Trainers for Punggol to teach weekly public speaking classes for children aged 3 to 16, plan engaging games, film classes for training, and assist the curriculum team with training materials.

Classes run 1.5 hours; remuneration ranges from SGD 55 to SGD 80 per class, with a full-time salary commensurate with experience. Entry-level candidates are welcome as training is provided. Location: 11 Northshore Drive, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate passion for inspiring and teaching children and young students.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to engage students and colleagues.
• Prior experience teaching preschool or students aged 3 to 16 is advantageous but not required.
• Fun, bubbly and outgoing personality to create a positive learning environment.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Teach weekly public speaking classes for children aged 3 to 16, delivering lessons that build confidence and communication skills
• Plan and organize games and activities that enhance the curriculum and actively engage students during lessons
• Conduct video filming of classes to support training and quality improvement efforts
• Collaborate with the curriculum department to assist in developing and updating training materials
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support the team and operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate passion for inspiring and teaching children and young students
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms to engage students and colleagues
• Possess prior experience teaching preschool or students aged 3 to 16 years, which will be advantageous but not required
• Exhibit a fun, bubbly, and outgoing personality to create a positive learning environment

Remuneration

• $55 to $80 per class (1.5 hours), depending on experience
• Full-time salary commensurate with experience
• Entry-level candidates are welcome as training will be provided
