Speech Academy Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Assistant to support the sales team in driving revenue for our public speaking curriculum package. You will prospect, nurture leads, and tailor solutions to client needs.

You will deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations, collaborate with the sales manager to hit targets, and follow up to ensure trial attendance. Weekend availability and strong English communication are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or curriculum sales preferred.
• Strong grasp of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Thrives in a sales-driven environment.
• Fluent English and other languages helpful.
• Willing to commit on weekends.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in driving sales of our public speaking curriculum package through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
• Assist in conducting thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and tailor solutions.
• Aid in delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our curriculum package.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Follow up with clients to ensure attendance at trial classes and provide additional support as needed.
