Job summary

EY Singapore is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformations and custom application development engagements, with a focus on the public sector. You will partner with clients, architects, developers and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes within scope, time, and budget.

In this role you will establish governance, manage risks and issues, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to GCC initiatives while building trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline.
• Strong experience in project management, programme management and technology delivery.
• Proven track record leading large-scale public sector or government technology projects.
• Experience delivering custom application development using high-code or low-code platforms.
• Experience delivering solutions within Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments.
• Strong governance capabilities including risk/issue management, dependency management, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programmes from initiation to closure.
• Accountable for scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks and dependencies.
• Lead custom application development engagements using high-code and/or low-code platforms.
• Manage multidisciplinary delivery teams of architects, developers, business analysts and product owners.
• Establish governance with project plans, RAID, status reporting and executive-level reporting.
• Oversee development of software systems and ensure security and risk considerations.
