Job summary

VITAL in Singapore invites undergraduates to join a Service Partnership internship, supporting account management, data analysis and digital enablement across public sector engagements.

You will help prepare briefing materials, consolidate performance data, and explore AI-powered automation with Copilot and low-code tools. This role offers hands-on exposure to governance, reporting and service improvement initiatives within a central government context.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Accountancy or related discipline.
• Strong interest in technology, AI and digital transformation.
• Familiar with AI-assisted productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar.
• Comfortable working with data to extract insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicates clearly and works well with stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management in client engagements, note-taking and follow-up actions.
• Consolidate, validate and analyse operational and service data.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support management decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities and assist in workflow improvements.
