Job summary

Public Service Division (PSD) invites ambitious interns to join the ServiceSG Insights Practice to turn citizen data into actionable recommendations and to build dashboards for service improvements.

You will work with real-world data from appeals, hotlines, service centres and digital channels, using Python, SQL and AI tools, and you will learn to design analyses, validate findings, and present insights to stakeholders across agencies in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Student in data science, computer science or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity to learn.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from multiple channels to uncover citizen insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare reproducible analytics workflows and documentation.
• Collaborate with agencies to translate questions into actionable insights.
