Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in government environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Microsoft Project, Jira, Agile).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and prioritization of multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects for government agencies, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs, and define deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address challenges proactively.
• Coordinate project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with government regulations and policies.
• Provide regular project status reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
