What the role is:

As a Social Programmes (SP) officer in MOF, you will work closely with social ministries and other agencies to identify new trends and review policies that have a direct impact on the lives and future of Singaporeans. You will partner agencies in budget planning and allocation and implement social policies to achieve Whole-of-Government objectives, while ensuring fiscal sustainability and optimal use of resources.

What you will be working on:

In the Social Programmes team, you will manage the budget of one of the social Ministries. You can expect to be exposed to a diverse and highly-challenging range of issues. This includes working closely with the ministry on (i) the annual budget process and need for manpower, (ii) reviewing national policies, and (iii) evaluating major projects. The job will develop your skills in policy thinking, data analysis, and managing multiple stakeholders.If you share our passion in shaping a better Singapore, we welcome you to join us.
