CGP Personnel is seeking a proactive Marketing & Campaigns Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Bishan. You will support planning and execution of integrated campaigns, coordinate with agencies and vendors, and manage content across digital platforms.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and an eye for engaging content.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate campaign activities, publicity efforts and project deliverables with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Create, develop and manage content across digital platforms including websites and social media.
• Assist in organising and executing marketing campaigns and events, including logistics and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee outreach materials and promotional assets, including design and production of collaterals, inventory tracking, ordering, fulfilment and mascot appearances.
• Support the administration of campaign-related systems and ensure materials/resources are properly managed.
• Track and analyse campaign performance and outreach asset utilisation, and prepare monthly reports with relevant insights.
• Take on other ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
