Job summary

You will review drawings, manage site operations, coordinate with authorities, and prepare method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant Singapore experience in building construction and maintenance.
• Proven experience with NParks, Town Councils and HDB projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice and local authority procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise building construction and A&A works.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor project progress to meet timelines and budget.
• Review drawings and ensure constructability per local codes; provide technical guidance.
• Liaise with NParks, Town Councils, HDB, BCA, PUB, LTA and other authorities.
