Swee Builders Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil works, including planning, design, construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.

The role requires ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities; strong documentation and tender support will be part of the duties. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and encouraged to contribute to ongoing projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering recognized by PE Board.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil, structural and infrastructure works.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects such as roads, drainage, utilities and infrastructure to meet project objectives.
• Review project specifications, drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide engineering solutions and resolve technical issues during project execution to maintain project progress and quality.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to cost, quality, safety and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and government authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to enforce safe work practices and ensure construction quality.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation and progress updates for management and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Support tender preparation by compiling technical information and participating in project meetings to align project goals.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and organizational needs.

Job Summary

Lead and manage civil engineering projects including planning, design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure. Ensure compliance, quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and supporting project documentation and tender processes.

Responsibilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering recognized by the PE Board
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil, structural, and infrastructure works
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong analytical skills demonstrated by problem-solving during project execution
• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and report project status
• Leadership skills to work independently and guide project teams
• Familiarity with PUB projects is advantageous but not essential
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
