Job summary

Bizhub Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Civil Engineer/Site Coordinator to manage daily construction activities, ensure adherence to drawings, schedules and safety standards on site in Singapore.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, consultants and clients, monitor progress, prepare reports, and help resolve technical issues while ensuring compliance with WSH regulations and company policies. Experience in civil projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil or construction projects.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiar with local regulations, WSH requirements, and construction practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily construction activities according to project specs, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, consultants, clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, inspections, and ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare, review and maintain project records and documentation, including work programmes, method statements, inspection reports, and progress updates.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Investigate and resolve technical, operational, and construction-related issues encountered on site.
• Attend coordination and project meetings, providing timely updates on project status, potential risks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource management, budget control, and overall project coordination.
