TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Public Relations professional to lead integrated strategies across Southeast Asia, focusing on Singapore media engagement and executive communications.

The role requires collaboration with multiple country teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution. You will oversee regional PR agencies, drive sustainability reporting coordination, and support corporate communications for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Create and implement integrated Public Relations strategies across Southeast Asia.
• Manage media engagement, relationships, and outreach activities in Singapore.
• Lead the preparation of press releases, media content, and executive communications.
• Provide Public Relations support for product launches, marketing campaigns, and key Public Relations initiatives.
• Collaborate with country teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution across markets.
• Manage regional Public Relations agencies and assess their performance against agreed KPIs, including media coverage and campaign results.
• Coordinate the regional sustainability reporting process with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect, consolidate, and verify data from different markets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports, including reviewing and validating content.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure sustainability initiatives are completed efficiently and on time.
• Manage internal communication initiatives, including monthly newsletters and employee communications.
• Assist in developing corporate messaging and communications for senior executives.
• Prepare and manage communication materials for key company spokespersons, including briefing documents, interview guidelines, talking points, and Q&A materials.
• Maintain consistent messaging and communication standards across both internal and external channels.

Requirements:
