Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional PR & Communications Manager to develop and execute PR and communications initiatives across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore.

The role will also support corporate and internal communications, sustainability reporting, agency management and regional stakeholder engagement. You will lead regional PR activities, coordinate with country teams to ensure consistent messaging, and manage external agencies to drive effective coverage and engagement across

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of PR or communications experience.
• Strong media relations and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing communications or PR agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-market communications is an advantage.
• Good project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

PR & Media Relations

• Develop and implement regional PR strategies across Southeast Asia.
• Lead media engagement and outreach activities in Singapore.
• Manage press materials, media content and executive communications.
• Support product launches, campaigns and PR initiatives.
• Work closely with country teams to maintain consistent messaging across markets.
• Manage regional PR agencies and track performance against agreed KPIs and communication objectives.

Sustainability Communications

• Coordinate sustainability reporting activities across regional markets.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect, consolidate and validate reporting inputs.
• Support the preparation and review of sustainability reports.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and reporting milestones.

Corporate & Internal Communications

• Manage internal communications initiatives, including newsletters and employee updates.
• Support corporate messaging and executive communications.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points and Q&A documents for key spokespersons.
• Maintain consistency across corporate, internal and external communications.

Requirements
